In the autumn of 2004, we made presentation at SIAL in Paris, the biggest food exhibition in Europe.
At the exhibition, Mr. Cristian Le Squer, the star chef of an asterism restaurant, LEDOYEN dropped by our booth. He gained experiences at Taillevent and Ritz, and brought the first Michelin asterism to LEDYEN in 2002.
He tried "He-She-Ho" at our booth and liked it very much. He said, "I decided
to use it for our dishes! Will it be possible for us to by it in a small
quantity?" We were very proud to hear that.
Presently, LEDYEN is almost always fully booked and it is very difficult to make reservations. LEDYEN dishes have extremely delicate taste and they are highly praised for their fine taste. Mr. Cristion Le Squer has used soy sauce for French dishes. It is very curious what kinds of inspiration come from using ""He-She-Ho"" for his cooking.
