Its dark brown color comes from our three-year fermented organic miso. Komb extract called Dashi, onion adn freeze-dried tomato are other ingredients.

Its five different tastes (sweet, spicy, salty, bitter and tart) are ther result of the long fermentation process. More to it , its unique aroma is richer and persisting, (compared with other kinds).

Highly recommended for vegetarians and those who are health conscious.

Happy Break Time (How to make miso soup)
1. Prepare the hot boiling water approx. 160ml
2. Open the packets and put it into the bowl.
3. Pour the boiling water and mix them slowly.
4. Wait about 1 minute.
5. Reay to eat!!

Be careful not to scald yourself of its hot tempareture.
